i've had the most lazy cold since sunday...it's moving and building soooo sloooowly....sunday i thought it was just too much sun and went out to see braids and was sad to see i was one of 4 ppl in attendance. you stupid jerks.

thanks to gross summer cold (yes, this is going to be a whiny post), i havent been doing much cooking this week. neo-citran, smoothies, miso soup has been my diet...fried chicken, poutine, etc isnt doing much for a BANGIN BEACH BODY anyway..




oh woops i actually did have poutine on monday...it was the grand opening of smoke's poutinerie three steps from my house. I HAD TO. judgement: good. delicious even. if you ignore how globby/gluten-y/corn starch-y the gravy is....it was borderline jello. ew. ok it wasnt that bad. in conclusion: IT WAS GOOD. (disclaimer: im high on neo-citran).


leo brought home his first boyfriend. i always thought he was gay. the boyfriend, unfortunately, is not neutered and left a smell behind. gag.



look! i really did make something...kiwi, mangoes, strawberries, ice, yogurt, water and honey..mmm. soothing on the OL SCRATCHY THROAT. you can call me that from now on.
