
- white and purple potatoes
- hardboiled egg
- bacon (amazing home-smoked blahblah)
- corn
- celery
- fresh rosemary
- pickles!
think that's all....the dressing was:
- BACON FAT GREASE FROM FRYING THE BACON
- 1 part ish sour cream
- 2 parts ish mayonaise
- grainy old world home country mustard
- a bit of vinegar
the whole thing was very old country.
i also made some (buttermilk soaked) breaded baked (wildORGANIC) turkey breasts. what. (with a honey/mustard saucey dip thing).

i just soaked the turkey in buttermilk overnight....coated it in bread crumbs and a bunch of herbs and spices and baked it for maybe 40 minutes at 350. wild turkey/turkey in general is a total dry loser so i was certain this would be. it pretty much was. but not that bad...moister-er-er than i expected! AND DELICIOUS. WHAT UP PEAS AND CORN.
