i shredded apple into the pancakes...oh and they were BUTTERMILK! which was my first time doing THAT. they tasted like they had sour cream in them. which i guess they kind of did? i dont know. i dont know what buttermilk is. i do know i will never make a pancake without you, mysterious dairy liquid.
